The River Room boat will play host to the shared Christmas lunch cruise, decked in winter garlands, sit back and relax in the Festive atmosphere of our river restaurant.

As we start to cruise you can enjoy a delicious three course Christmas lunch freshly prepared on-board by our talented chefs.

The live DJ will be sure to get you and all your guests into the Festive cheer.

The River Room is unique to the Thames, with Scandinavian-design features. She has the largest open deck on the River measuring over 250 square metres.

The dining areas on the lower deck benefit from large windows giving spectacular views of the sites, a great new London venue for corporate dining, celebrations and special occasions. The River Room is wheelchair accessible.

Our River Room Christmas Lunch Cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals.

It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid any disappointment.

We recommend that you arrive no later than fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time to ensure that you have checked in at reception and are ready to board.

Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

  • Cancellation Policy
    We do not accept any cancellations, reduction of numbers or change of date with any of our Christmas Cruises, if tickets are cancelled then 100% of the ticket price is payable by the client.
  • Dress Code
    he dress code is SMART TO CASUAL.

    General party dress, guests will not be permitted on-board if they are wearing leisurewear or any type of sports footwear.
  • Accessibility
    We request that you inform us of special needs or disabilities at the time of booking in order for us to meet any personal requirements.

    Step-free access is offered from Embankment Pier.

    Guests with mobility issues may be accommodated at easily accessible tables and additional space may be providing for seeing- eye and hearing guide dogs.

    Fully accessible bathrooms and outside deck are available on board.
  • Smoking
    Smoking is permitted on designated outside areas only.
  • Child Policy
    Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on-board.
  • Inclement Weather
    The cruise operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
  • How to Book

    Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Once you have completed the booking process you will receive an automated booking summary via email.

    A boarding confirmation will be sent 2 weeks prior to the cruise and will state the boat name, schedule and pier location.

    Please check your boarding confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.

    You will need to print your boarding confirmation and present it on arrival at the pier in exchange for your boarding pass.
