The upper reaches of the Thames above Windsor and then via Romney, Bray, Maidenhead and Boulter’s to Cliveden Reaches, presents the traveller with both historic and pastoral river scenes in complete contrast to the hurly burly of the tidal river. For this voyage we believe we have the ideal vessel – the MV Passepartout –
especially designed so as to navigate the river’s more shallow and curvaceous upper course. The vessel complements the internal design of the Spirit of Chartwell with splendid table settings from which are presented uninterrupted external views.
The Passepartout has ten table settings for up to four seats and a total capacity for a maximum of 40 guests. The hardwood motif studded tables were made by Oliver Design (Bilbao) and the dining chairs are from ex MS Windsor Castle. Tables are arranged along the curved glass upper structure affording guests with fine viewing opportunities from both sides of the vessel.
