Our Windsor Cruises run to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals.

It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid any disappointment.

We recommend that you arrive no later than fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time to ensure that you have checked in at reception and are ready to board.

Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

The boat will sail for the whole duration and will not stop anywhere along the River.

Important Information
  • Cancellation Policy
    1 – 7 guests We require at least 3 days notice in order to offer a full refund.
    8 – 20 guests We require at least 8 days notice in order to offer a full refund.
    21 + guests We require at least 15 days notice in order to offer a full refund.

    Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
    No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.

  • Dress Code
    We kindly request that guests dress smartly so the experience feels special for everybody. We run a variety of cruises, some with slightly different requirements, so we will try to break down the dress code for you as clearly as possible.

    Dinner Cruise
    The dress code is SMART TO FORMAL. Trainers, flip-flops, shorts and leisurewear are not permitted and you will be refused entry on to the boat.

    For men, a jacket and a pair of trousers, or smart dark denim jeans are allowed, and a tie is preferred, but not essential.

    We suggest that ladies can wear smart or cocktail dresses, or trousers.

    Lunch, Sunday Lunch or Afternoon Tea Cruises:
    The dress code is Smart Casual. Sports and leisurewear are discouraged and entry to the vessel is at our discretion.

    We reserve the right to refuse boarding based on inappropriate dress and refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.
  • Accessibility
    Step-free access isn't available but crew members may help guests with mobility issues on to the boat issues. Additional space may be provided for seeing-eye and hearing guide dogs.
  • Smoking
    There is no outside deck, so no smoking is permitted.
  • Child Policy
    Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on dinner cruises.

    Children’s prices are available for those aged between 3 and 12 years and are available for Lunch, Sunday Lunch Jazz and Afternoon Tea Cruises only.

    Prams, bassinets and push chairs are not permitted on our vessels and high chairs are not available.
  • Inclement Weather
    The cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility.

    The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
  • How to Book
    To book a Windsor Cruise please either click the “BUY NOW” button on your preferred package and follow the online booking process or call our reservations team on 0203 551 3942 (open Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30).

    Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Once you have completed the booking process you will receive an automated booking summary via email.

    A boarding confirmation will follow within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) or the next working day if made over the weekend and bank holidays.

    Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your boarding confirmation.

    Your boarding confirmation will state the boat name, schedule and pier location.

    Please check your boarding confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.

    You will need to print your boarding confirmation and present it on arrival at the pier in exchange for your boarding pass.
