How can I make a reservation?

You can either make a reservation on this website or call the Thames Dinner Cruise team  on: 0203 551 3942. Our dedicated sales and reservations team are on hand to take your calls from 09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday. Our offices are closed over the weekend and on bank holidays.

What happens next?

Once the booking has been made and the payment confirmed, you will automatically receive a payment confirmation email with your Thames Dinner Cruise booking summary. A boarding pass will follow on a separate email which includes all of your Thames Dinner Cruise reservation details. You will be required to print the boarding pass and take it with you on the day of your cruise.

Will I be sharing a table with other people?

Thames Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner – you will have your own table subject to your booking allocation.

Which boat will I be on?

Thames Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner – We have 2 restaurant boats that operate the cruises. The boat name and schedule will be confirmed on your boarding pass. We reserve the right to substitute your allocated vessel with another cruise vessel if deemed necessary.

What is the dress code?

Lunch and Afternoon Tea is smart casual.
Dinner Cruise is smart formal. Both ladies and gentlemen are asked to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart formal occasion. Sports shoes and leisure wear are not permitted.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Thames Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner – we provide a vegetarian option with all of our restaurant cruises. You can find our menus on the website. We also cater for almost every dietary requirement. Please make all dietary requirements known at the time of booking.

Can I mix the packages?

No, all guests are required to book the same package.

Can I pay a supplement to guarantee a window table on the Classic or Premier package?

No, we only guarantee a window table with the Signature cruise package.

I don’t drink alcohol. What will be available?

That’s not a problem, we can provide a non-alcoholic alternative with your reservation. Please mention this at the time of booking.
