Restaurant Cruises on the River Thames in London offer a great way of enjoying a meal as you sail.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless Ticket Refund Protection has been added.
Protect your booking from the unexpected with Ticket Refund Protection, which allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price.
With Ticket Refund Protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of: Accident, injury, or illness including COVID-19. Severe weather preventing travel to the venue. Travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns & strikes.

We reserve the right if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Amendments
Any changes or amendments (if permitted) will incur a £10 admin fee.
Please ensure you read the appropriate amendment policy applicable to your selected cruise:

You can amend the date within the below notice periods:
- 01 – 10 guests – 5 working days
- 11 – 20 guests – 16 working days
- 21 – 55 guests – 30 working days
- 56+ guests – 60 working days
London Land Yacht
We require at least 3 working days notice for any changes or amendments.

We don’t accept any any changes or amendments.
Special & Seasonal Events (Valentines, Sunset Summer Boat Party, Bonfire Night, Christmas, New Year’s Eve);
We don’t accept any any changes or amendments.
We do not guarantee views of any fireworks during the Bonfire Night & New Year’s Eve cruises. No refunds will be offered should the fireworks display be cancelled for weather, industrial action or any other item outside the control of Thames Cruises London Ltd and/or the Operating Company.
Dress Codes
We reserve the right to refuse boarding based on inappropriate dress and refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.
London Dinner Cruise & London Friday Night Jazz Cruise;
Smart Casual – we request that you do not wear shorts, trainers or t-shirts.
Thames Boat Party, London Party Sunset Cruise, London Party Bottomless Brunch;
The dress code is smart to casual (if you wish to wear fancy dress, this must not be offensive to any other guests.)

Age Policy
London Lunch Cruise & London Afternoon Tea Cruise;
0 – 12 years Child Ticket Prices available.
London Dinner Cruise;
5yrs and over. This is an adult orientated experience and may not be suitable for young children. Children will be charged the full adult rate.
London Friday Night Jazz Cruise & Murder Mystery Dinner Cruise;
We suggest and prioritise this cruise for individuals aged 13 and above.
Children below the age of 5 will not be allowed to board.
For those interested in bringing children aged 6-12 (paying the adult fare, it’s important to note that the cruise environment is designed for adults, and no adjustments will be made to the content to cater to younger guests.
London by Land – Lunch & Dinner
Children’s menu available for children up to 12 years old.
Is it possible to come with a baby?
Yes, on the condition that we are notified in advance so we can reserve a larger table.
London Riverlights Cruise;
Unfortunately children under 13 years are not allowed on this cruise. Under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs and over.
Thames Boat Party, London Party Sunset Cruise, London Party Bottomless Brunch;
All guests must be 18yrs or over.

Accessibility
Not all of our vessels have been designed or adapted for passengers in wheelchairs.

Inclement Weather
The Cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
Captains Control
Boats, route, timings and menus are subject to availability and change.
The Boat will remain under the complete control of the Captain. If for weather, tide or any other reason whatsoever the Captain considers it necessary to vary the cruise in any way, his decision will be final and we will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you.
VAT
There is no VAT as we operate under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS).
