The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals.
It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid any disappointment.
Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
We do not accept any cancellations, if tickets are cancelled then 100% of the ticket price is payable by the client.
We reserve the right if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Amendments
Bottomless Prosecco & Alcohol Policy
Bottomless Prosecco is time-limited to 1.5 hours and times cannot be extended.
Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished.
Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times.
Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.
Alcohol is served to over 18s only and proof of ID may be required.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the boats are not wheelchair accessible. We are unable to accommodate wheelchair users on this cruise.

How to Book
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Once you have completed the booking process you will receive an automated booking summary via email.
A boarding ticket will follow within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) or the next working day if made over the weekend and bank holidays.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your boarding ticket.
Please check your boarding ticket carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.
You will need to show your boarding ticket on arrival at the pier and boat. (either printed or via phone)
