Your evening begins at Westminster Pier, where you’ll be welcomed aboard with a glass of sparkling wine and shown to your table for the night.
As the boat slips away from Westminster, settle in for a three-course dinner while some of the capital’s most iconic sights glide past your window. From the Houses of Parliament and London Eye to St Paul’s, Tower Bridge and the illuminated skyline beyond.
And because the view is always changing, no two moments of dinner feel quite the same.
Between courses, head up to the open-air viewing deck for a different perspective of the city, a little fresh air and those all-important photographs as London lights up around you.
Back inside, a live performer provides the soundtrack to your evening with favourites from past and present. Then, once dinner is finished, the atmosphere lifts and the dance floor opens for anyone who wants to continue the night.

Our seating plan shows how the Classic, Premium and VIP Experiences are positioned onboard.
- Classic Seating – Comfortable dining tables throughout the main restaurant.
- Premium Seating – Guaranteed window tables for two, offering uninterrupted river views during dinner.
- VIP Seating – Reserved premium seating at the front of the boat.
Tables are allocated in advance by the onboard restaurant team, taking into account your chosen package, party size and any special requests.
The seating plan is representative and exact table positions may vary according to the vessel and final restaurant layout.
All tables are fixed to the floor and cannot be moved. Please note that as part of the relaxed atmosphere of this cruise experience, your table may be situated in close proximity to other guests.
Layout shown is for the flagship dining vessel. On selected dates, an alternative vessel of a comparable standard may be used due to operational requirements. Should a vessel change be necessary, the core experience will remain the same, including the dinner cruise, entertainment, dining service and River Thames route.

Once you have purchased your tickets, please submit your dietary requirements by following the instructions in your confirmation email.
We can accommodate food allergies where possible, but are unable to offer general ingredient substitutions. Our onboard team takes appropriate precautions; however, cross-contamination remains possible. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including traces of nuts.

A fully licensed bar is available throughout the cruise, offering a selection of wine, Champagne, beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.

It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid any disappointment.
Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

Protect your booking from the unexpected with Ticket Refund Protection, which allows you to recover 100% of the ticket price, provided valid evidence is submitted for one of the following reasons:
- Accident, Injury, or Illness (Including COVID-19)
- Valid Evidence: A medical certificate, doctor’s note, or positive COVID-19 test result dated within 72 hours before the cruise date.
- Severe Weather Preventing Travel to the Venue
- Valid Evidence: Official weather reports from a national meteorological service showing extreme weather warnings for the day of your cruise, indicating travel disruption to or from your area.
- Travel Delays due to Breakdown or Public Transport Strikes
- Valid Evidence: Documentation such as a breakdown recovery report, public transport service alert, or official notice of strike action directly affecting your travel on the day of the cruise.
Important:
- Tickets are non-refundable unless Ticket Refund Protection has been added during checkout. Protection cannot be added to your order after purchase.
- If you become aware that you will be unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible, giving as much advance notice as you can to help us manage your booking.
- Claims without valid documentation as listed above will not be considered.

For all Dining Cruises;
Booking Confirmation will be sent on receipt of payment.
For all Party Cruises;
Booking Confirmation will be sent 2 – 3 days prior to the cruise.
For all Special Event Cruises;
Booking Confirmation will be sent 7 – 14 days prior to the cruise.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you have not received your Booking Confirmation within the specified time-frame.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless Ticket Refund Protection has been added.
100% charge will apply to all no-shows and late arrivals. No Refunds or change of dates will be offered if you miss the cruise.
We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
We do require minimum numbers for the cruises to run. If minimum numbers are not met, the date may be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule to another date.

Any changes or amendments will incur a £10 admin fee.

We do not guarantee views of any fireworks during the Bonfire Night & New Year’s Eve cruises. No refunds will be offered should the fireworks display be cancelled for weather, industrial action or any other item outside the control of Thames Cruises London Ltd and/or the Operating Company.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All the relevant information regarding your selected cruise will be confirmed on your Boarding Confirmation.
Boats, route, timings and menus are subject to availability and change.
Restaurant bathrooms may be accessed via stairs.
Dietary requirements may be catered for upon request no later than 7 days prior to the cruise date, supplement charges may apply.
Smoking is permitted on designated outside deck only.
Our cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
We operate under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS).
The Boat will remain under the complete control of the Captain. If for weather, tide or any other reason whatsoever the Captain considers it necessary to vary the cruise in any way, his decision will be final and we will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you.
