Cancellation Policy
We do not accept any cancellations, if tickets are cancelled then 100% of the ticket price is payable by the client.
We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the Boat is not wheelchair accessible and there are no toilet facilities onboard.
Inclement Weather
The cruise will operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you.
Smoking
Strict no smoking policy.
Drugs, other illegal substances and candles are not permitted on board.
Child Policy
Adults only, however heavily pregnant women will not be allowed on board.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in sufficient health to board the vessel. If you are on medication, suffer from a severe medical condition, or have any disability or limited mobility we ask that you inform us when making your booking.
Dress Code
We request that no heels be worn on the vessel.

Rob Mariconda2023-12-18I did this trip 10 years ago and we didnt stop for 30 minutes after reaching the first leg of the trip. Also, there used to be a band but now just a singer with a backing track who seemed to be on a break most of the trip. Also, at the end of the cruise we arrived 20 mintues early so just circled the dock run down the clock. The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben were just past the dock but we didnt go past it for some reason. Dress code was supposed to be smart casual but people turned up in their trainers and is they were going to the pub. One couple even tried to board with a baby but thanksfully they were turned away. I cant recommend this trip in its current form.
