Bonfire Night in London watching the Fireworks, is now our new tradition.
We bought a fresh round of drinks, put on our hats and coats and made our way to the open outside deck. The Battersea Park fireworks were amazing. Standing on the upper deck of a boat in the middle of the River, watching the fireworks fly high above the trees into the black November sky is mesmerising. We forgot we were in London. The gentle sway of the boat gave everything a dreamlike quality.
